We had our very first EIQA quality and hygiene audits back in 1992. There is immense satisfaction and pride in such a track record and accreditation is as important to us today as it was 18 years ago when we received our very first quality and hygiene marks.

In addition, O'Haras of Foxford have also implemented the H.A.C.C.P Programme (Hazard Analysis at Critical Control Points), the WCM Programme (World Class Manufacturing) .

Mrs. Phil O'Hara, Quality Director, sums up O'Haras commitment to hygiene and quality: "All members of O'Haras staff are trained in the principles and practices of food hygiene, health and safety and HACCP by an external trainer. The courses are specifically designed and relevant to the food manufacturing process at the bakery.
